Getting to know you is the first and most important step. Fill out the client intake form and schedule a consultation call. During our call, we'll get to know you and your travel preferences so that we can curate your ideal experience. We will discuss the planning process and our services and fees. After the call, you will receive a detailed recap, and if we both decide to move forward, you will receive a client agreement and pay any required fees to get started.
As soon as your fee is paid (if applicable), we begin planning every detail of your trip to match your unique preferences, style and taste. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you'd like and we will refine it until it is perfected to your liking. When your proposal is ready, we will schedule a call to go over the options.
Once your trip design proposal is approved, we'll book all the components of your trip and handle all the details to make sure everything is ready for you. You will have the option to schedule a final call to review your finalized itinerary and go over any last minute questions you may have prior to your departure.
